I'm Baaack!

Well, I'm finally back in NYC after a week in Utah. The whole time I was there, all I could think was, "It feels like I never left!" In fact, I think I might have said that to everyone that I talked to for more than 5 seconds. I was kept quite busy with work meetings, waking up at 6:00 every morning and heading into downtown SLC with one of my favorite friends and coworkers Heather. We carpooled together just like old times. We sat through the meetings together and kept each other thoroughly entertained.

I also got to see a lot of my family, which was a huge bonus to the trip. I saw my brother, Rick, my sister Melyssa and her kids, my sister Sarah and her family, my in-laws, my brother-in-law Will, and my sister-in-law Sarah and her kids. Yay! The following are the only pictures I got from the trip, one of which I stole from my sister-in-law's blog:

I also made sure to fill up on Rubio's, In-N-Out, and Cafe Rio. Mmmm. And I saw True Grit with my sister Melyssa while I was there, which I have to take Johnny to see now. I also watched a BYU basketball game at Johnny's parents' house, just like old times. It was wonderful!

Time flew by, and now I am back at home with my boy Johnny. It was so great to see him for the first time after a long time. It felt like it'd been forever. It was a fun and busy week and I already miss my family in Utah, but I'm happy to be back with Johnny!
