A few Sundays ago we traveled to Walden Pond with friends. Without a car, Johnny and I are more or less clueless when it comes to the sights to be seen just outside of Boston. We loved every second of it: the trees, the water, and being in nature. I think Johnny's favorite part was getting to skip rocks to his heart's content. Us city folks need an escape sometimes, and Walden Pond proved to be the perfect getaway.

How cool is that!!! Walden pond!!! I remember reading this book and totally hating it. But looking back I would probably like it now. So cool you went there.
