Harry Potter World

This is going to be a long post because I couldn't narrow down the pictures. While Johnny and I were in Florida, we went to Harry Potter World at Universal Studios!

I was really excited.

I couldn't believe how detailed everything was. We really felt like we were in another world. There were so many different shops and familiar products from the books.

We ate lunch at the Three Broomsticks, of course. It was impossible to get a picture without someone in the picture doing something weird, such as the white-tee guy.

We got to try butterbeer, and it was perfect, just as you would imagine it tasting. It was kind of like cream soda, except thicker and with a butterscotch flavor to it. And it had a thick, frothy cream on top. Mmmmm.

We also went into Olivander's wand shop, which was super cool on the inside.

A little boy got to go up and have himself fitted for the right wand.

That train conductor was an interesting fella.

There were also performances periodically that were pretty cool as well.

Finally, here are some pictures of the castle itself. In order to get to one of the rides, you had to walk through the castle, and it was super cool. I wasn't able to bring my camera, but they had Dumbledore's office, the Gryffindor common room, talking pictures, ... I could go on and on. The talking pictures actually looked legit. It was nuts.
