(our future place of residence)
I haven't updated for a while, but let me tell you, our life is CRAZY right now. So, let me give you a little update. Johnny went to NYC last week in the hopes of finding us an apartment. The first day of looking for apartments was both exhausting and depressing. However, Johnny had high hopes of finding a place the next day. And find a place he did! It's tiny, but all our stuff will fit, and we are excited! Yesterday we went and got most the stuff needed to organize our small space, and money is leaving our bank account like no other. With getting an apartment and preparing for the move and getting a U-haul, I'm starting to wonder about this whole NYC thing. . . . But despite being temporarily emptied of cash, we are both still super excited. Wish us luck this next week!

p.s. We emptied our bank account (and then some!) to move out here... but I'm happy to report that 3 years later it's been worth it! I'm way too familiar with the anxiety it can cause though.
GOOD LUCK!!! Moving to NYC is such a CRAZY and expensive experience. Where is your apartment? I'm so curious what ward you'll be in and where you ended up. It's crazy how the area you live in totally makes for a completely different day to day experience. Living in Harlem is totally different than the upper east side, etc. Good luck with the move! Klane will probably come to help out, I will actually be in Utah. Dang!

With the incredible strong wills and determination I know both of you are capable of....well you are going to do great!! (only a mother knows for sure) I love you both and keep smiling, it helps a lot!
