Sally turned seven months on August 6th, which was over a month ago. Seven months was a golden month for us. Sally started playing by herself, but she wasn't really mobile yet. And she was happy to be babysat by her aunts out here in Utah. She finally got the hang of having two long naps every day. I feel like it was the month that Sally quit being an infant and started making the transition toward toddler-hood (but I plan to keep her a baby forever, just so you know).
Sally started eating solids, and she loves carrots. She started saying sounds like, "ma-ma" and "ba-ba." Of course, she doesn't know that she's saying, "Mama," but I sure love hearing that word said in her sweet little voice. Also, Sally started kind of trying to learn to crawl in month seven. It was a whirlwind time for us with moving, and I wish I could remember more from a month ago!
